Your next fleet doesn't have to be new.
It has to work.

MedFleet sources tested, refurbished hospital beds, specialty beds, and stretchers for hospitals, surgery centers, and freestanding ERs — then coordinates delivery, installation, maintenance, and repair so your team has a full service provider.

Built for fleet replacements, unit expansions, census surges, and the bed that failed on a Friday.

Why MedFleet

A smarter path to reliable equipment.

Refurbished equipment is only a savings story if it shows up on time, works on arrival, and someone answers the phone six months later. That last part is the job.

01

Capital efficiency

Tested, refurbished units can meaningfully reduce spend against comparable new equipment — freeing budget for the projects that can't be deferred.

02

Consultative, not transactional

We start with the need, the timing, and the budget. No catalog dump, no product pitch before we understand the unit it's going into.

03

Realistic Timelines

Urgent replacements require accurate information. We give you a realistic view of availability and delivery timelines so you can make informed decisions without surprises.

04

Service after the invoice

Through our refurbishment partner, MedFleet coordinates shipping, white-glove delivery, installation, maintenance, and repairs.

How it works

From first call to units in service.

Three stages. You always know which one you're in and what happens next.

Step 01 · Discovery

Talk through the need.

Facility type, care area, clinical specs, quantity, budget, and timing — plus whether this is a replacement, an expansion, or a rental.

Step 02 · Quote

Get a written solution.

We source through our refurbishment partner and return a clear quote: configuration, condition, warranty terms, freight, and lead time.

Step 03 · Fulfillment

Delivered, installed, supported.

On approval we coordinate the PO, shipping, white-glove delivery, installation, and whatever service the units need afterward.

What facilities say after the units land.

The equipment is half of it. Ask about the part that happens after the truck leaves.

Common questions

Answers before you pick up the phone.

If your question isn't here, it's a good first question for a call.

What equipment does MedFleet focus on?
Patient hospital beds, specialty beds, stretchers, support surfaces, and the replacement or rental needs around them. Specific availability and configurations are worked out in the discovery conversation, since inventory moves.
Do you work outside of Texas?
Yes. MedFleet is based in Texas and supports healthcare organizations nationwide through its refurbishment partner and coordinated fulfillment.
Can you handle delivery, installation, and ongoing service?
Yes — depending on the equipment and location, we coordinate shipping, white-glove delivery, installation, maintenance, and repair support through our refurbishment partner. One point of contact for all of it.
How do quotes and purchasing work?
We talk through your needs and timing first, then prepare a tailored written quote. Once your team approves it, we move the purchase order and fulfillment forward and keep you updated through delivery.
What warranty comes with the equipment?
Equipment supplied by MedFleet carries a one-year warranty. Savings against comparable new equipment do vary by product, condition, configuration, and availability — final pricing is always confirmed in your written quote.
Can we rent instead of buy?
Yes. Short-term and long-term rental options are available for census surges, construction and renovation periods, and situations where a permanent purchase isn't the right call yet.
